Portuguese chicken is a golden roasted 1/2 chicken finished with a garlic, sherry, lemon and crushed red pepper sauce. This dish – one of our more popular items literally “flies out of the kitchen”

SOFT SHELL CRABS:
When in season, jumbo Chesapeake crabs, which have molted and lost their hard shells, are a delight at Tony’s. The dilemma in ordering these delicate beauties is deciding how you want them prepared. Tony’s gives you 3 choices: Sautéed in garlic and oil, or Francese, lightly egg battered and sautéed or the New England favorite of golden deep fried. “Any choice will be the right choice”.

STUFFED FILET OF SOLE:
Stuffed sole is a pristinely fresh filet of sole lovingly wrapped around our homemade crabmeat stuffing and then prepared to perfection. “May we suggest the house Chardonnay”?

HOUSE LOBSTER:
Cold Atlantic waters provide Tony’s with the freshest of lobsters. Tony’s house lobster is split and broiled and then stuffed with sautéed shrimp and scallops. “You will need to wear our ever so “fashionable” lobster bib”.
